ENGINEERING PLM Solutions announces today the release of RuleDesigner PDM integration for Siemens NX CAD Software.
RuleDesigner PDM is designed to offer a collaborative management of product information and to work in conjunction with all the most commonly used 2D and 3D design software.
RuleDesigner PDM Fusion allows to organize and share drawings created in NX with a homogeneous classification and part-numbering plan and to wisely store and search for product information. In addition, it provides functions for automatically fill in properties of files and title-blocks, for product hierarchical (parent-child) relationship and wave link management. Lastly, it is possible to introduce automatisms to convert files to step, dxf and pdf with watermark.
Moreover, thanks to a dedicated environment, RuleDesigner PDM Fusion allows users to manage different type of BOMs and reports and to export them to different ERP systems.
Also, RuleDesigner PDM Fusion is the unique PDM on the market entirely web-based with a simple login system that allows users to access information on the basis of permissions set, using a browser from personal PCs or workstation as well as any mobile device.
Finally, RuleDesigner PDM Fusion in natively integrated with the different modules of the RuleDesigner suite in order to manage corporate extended processes such as job orders, service, warranties and spare-parts, documents, CRM, marketing, sales force automation and product and process configuration.
