Agiloft, the global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM), announced its VP of AI Operations, Noe Ramos, has been named a winner in the 2026 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards, in the category of Business Services. Presented by the Business Intelligence Group, the award recognizes organizations, products, teams, and individuals that are applying artificial intelligence in ways that drive real, measurable impact.
The 2026 Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards honor achievement across a broad range of industries and use cases, spotlighting the companies and leaders moving AI beyond experimentation and into practical, accountable deployment. This year’s program recognized winners across 36 industries and more than 15 countries.
Noe was recognized for leading Agiloft’s shift from ad hoc AI experimentation to structured, enterprise-wide operational intelligence and for designing the company’s internal AI operating framework, embedding intelligent automation into daily workflows, knowledge systems, and decision processes across departments.
Through this work, the company has helped reduce manual administrative effort and improve response times for internal requests, shorten internal decision cycles and reduce operational bottlenecks, and deliver faster turnaround times, improved consistency in internal processes, and increased workforce productivity.
“AI has arrived! 2026 is about execution, accountability, and results,” said Russ Fordyce, Chief Recognition Officer, Business Intelligence Group. “Agiloft stood out because its work in Business Services reflects where the market is headed: practical AI that solves real problems, earns trust, and delivers measurable value. This recognition highlights a team that is not just participating in the AI shift, but helping define what meaningful progress looks like.”
“AI only creates real business value when it is embedded into how people actually work,” said Noe Ramos, VP of AI Operations at Agiloft. “This recognition reflects the shift we have made at Agiloft from fragmented experimentation to a structured, human-centered AI operating model that integrates intelligent automation into daily workflows while keeping humans on the loop and maintaining strong governance, transparency, and trust. For me, this work has always been about building systems that amplify what people are capable of, not replace them, and proving that when AI is implemented thoughtfully, it can reduce friction, accelerate decision-making, and create meaningful impact across the organization.”
The Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards celebrate the people and organizations leading the next phase of AI adoption, where innovation is judged not just by novelty, but by impact. Winners are selected based on how effectively they are using AI to improve performance, reduce friction, solve meaningful problems, and move their industries forward.
