NGC® today announced that Mark Burstein, president of sales, marketing and R&D for NGC, is a winner of the Supply & Demand Chain Executive 2015 "Pros to Know" awards. The annual Pros to Know awards recognize supply chain solution providers and practitioners who show exceptional leadership in meeting industry challenges.
Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s “Pros to Know” includes professionals proactively working to drive improvements in a number of categories—including manufacturing and production output; procurement; logistics; risk mitigation strategies; sourcing; financial operations; packaging and distribution; transportation; and much more. The publication’s editorial selection committee reviewed hundreds of entries before selecting this year's winners.
As president of sales, marketing and R&D, Mark’s leadership is integral to many strategic areas of NGC’s operations. He joined NGC in 2002 and has served in numerous executive sales and marketing positions, including vice president of PLM and Global Sourcing Solutions. Mark is active in a number of industry organizations including the American Apparel & Footwear Association (AAFA), the American Apparel Producers Network (AAPN) and the California Fashion Association.
