Matthew Loew has a passion for building and leading high-performance engineering teams supporting new product development projects. He is active in large-scale engineering projects in transportation, defense, energy, industrial, and heavy equipment sectors. Matthew recently started Tera Development Solutions to work collaboratively with companies to solve New Product Development challenges utilizing Design Thinking, Advanced Modeling & Simulation, and Accelerated Product Development Methods. He is also the Technical Director at the Maverick Innovation Lab, lectures at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and blogs regularly on ENGINEERING.com.
